Strategy, Planning, and Assessment

  • Strategic planning: Develop responsive and powerful multi-year plans to launch or expand programs that best serve your mission, organization, and partners.

  • Fundraising: Assess current development plans, develop strategies to resource your work, and create the necessary infrastructure for fundraising activities.

  • Community partnerships: Identify and foster meaningful and authentic partnerships.

  • Communications: Develop external communications and strategy and infrastructure development.

 

Program design

  • Participatory design: Directly involve those most affected in innovative design and organizational governance.

  • Community organizing & youth engagement: Engage community members and/or young people in meaningful ways, building their capacity to lead action and advocacy.

  • Teaching for Global Competence: Develop strategies, tools, and practices for increasing 21st century skills.

Workshops & Trainings

  • Open Workshops: Join trainings on anti-oppression social justice work and program design, youth engagement, facilitation skills, incorporating gender and sexuality into your work, fundraising, and more! See our workshops page for upcoming dates and registration.

  • In-House Workshops: Design and conduct customized capacity building to increase your team's effectiveness and impact.

  • Facilitation: Support to strategize and guide team meetings, retreats, and planning processes.

Social Justice Audits

  • Social justice audits: Implement a multi-step process to assess the extent to which your organization is practicing key values of justice in your work -  outside in the world and inside, among your team.

  • Use the findings to collaboratively develop recommendations and new practices to increase the institutionalization of your organizational values.
