We transform social justice values into just and grounded practice.

We are a women-owned collective that builds the capacity of people who do social justice work, through trainings, strategy development, and coaching.

We aim to close the gap between values and practice and build a community where individuals and organizations of all sizes get the support they need to strengthen their advocacy and organizing.

We focus on the needs and leadership of those most affected by intersecting forms of oppression and injustice.

We work with non-profit organizations, community groups, schools, public service organizations, and individual activists.

We are guided by our core values in all the things we do.

[The Seachange Collective] workshop and this creative and inclusive space created the necessary room to connect with other social-justice inclined individuals and share alternative perspectives on seemingly impossible challenges.
